The so called boss/ manager had us an appointment at 10 and decided to take a phone tax appointment and made us wait till 11.
Absolutely Horrible!! Avoid at all cost!! Did my taxes completely wrong. After I left and confirmed everything somehow they managed to switch my address to a nonexistent address, also decided not to claim any of my kids..? It’s been 7-8 months since I did my taxes and my check refund got sent as a check when I did direct deposit. Got sent to a fake address and now I have to wait another 6 months for irs to track the check and issue a new one. Horrific place. HR block ruined my taxes.
