I have received friendly and prompt service for years.
Website says $89+ state for in office. Gf charged $400. Is it false advertising or just plain out lying and price gouging?
Extremely unprofessional and does not seem to care about their clients. They will literally shred your documents and not complete them then demand double the price to complete your taxes.
DO NOT DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We have had nothing but issues switching over to HR Block from Turbo Tax We came in to have someone assist with understanding why the state is saying that they have not received the w2 for the second year in a row We sat with Nafisa Rahmanzai during this visit and she told us straight to our face after explaining we need a fax sent in of the w2 which HR Block should have already provided to the state since that is what the company was paid for and Nafisa told us straight to our face that she would ... read more
