Beyond unprofessional! First they called to book an appointment and when I told them I needed the appointment needed to be booked for my husband they failed to change it, reconfirmed it was for my husband when I confirmed the appointment a week before just to show up to the appointment and get told the appointment was for booked for me and the lady who was assigned to my appointment was beyond unprofessional. I don't like the cost to be honest, 300+ to do taxes is a bit much. However I have never had issues with them and they are quick.
