Easily the most excruciating experience of having my taxes done. Even though it was right in front of her and in her own hands, the tax person spelled our names wrong, got our address incorrect, couldn't spell my job title, swapped our W2 forms around, and that's all the things we caught. She asked for a PIN and we tried to give it to her, but then she would not take it and said we probably didn't have a PIN. Then the refund was obviously denied and we were never contacted. let’s just say working with linda was everything BUT an enjoyable experience, she passive aggressively complained the whole time about having to help me amend my taxes i could never get her to call me back when i had questions and now my amended return has gotten flagged for fraud! thanks for all your help linda ! smh
