I have used H&R block multiple times for my tax preparation and have trusted them. I would not recommend using this location as there in person team lacks detail orientation needed for tax preparation. They also are unqualified in the sense that if you have questions they do not supply answers rather "our best guess" as I was told by the staff I spoke to on the phone. This was my first year not using turbo tax since I got married and my wife wanted to use H&R block. We had to wait about 45 minutes for our meeting because the agent was having computer issues. Once we were told everything was filed and done we get an email about a week later from the agent that something needs our attention. We email back and get a reply that our agent is out of town. We called and asked the receptionist if another agent could help and she said no and was extremely rude to us.
