Christina (Tina), had a Horrible attitude from the start. Every question she asked was in an unexpectedly rude way, and met with criticism if I didn't have the exact answers she was looking for. I do not recommend having Tina do anything for you at all. She was not professional nor showed any customer service. Just do them online if you're able. (I was not at the time)
