Alanna was amazing and completely justified my experience with hrblock, Andrea and Justin out of Watertown were terrible, didn't know new tax law and go for the shortest distance possible with filling shorting the customer of a larger return. Can not explain the lengths Alanna made to make it right and treat me with dignity instead of a nobody. Highest review possible for her.
Takes forever to get the business done, and doesn’t even do it right. They ask you the same questions repeatedly, making you feel dumb.
Don't waste your time. It will only cost you,not them. It's never their fault, they charge you and because of their incompetence, I had to pay the IRS over $700 in late fees, penalties, and interest. Money I will never get back. This office has done my taxes for years, but I will be looking elsewhere unless they make it right.
