Martha did my taxes for 2025, she didnt have a very warm personality didnt talk much at all. When it was time to pay her Im pretty sure she overcharged by taking half of my return. Never had to pay 400 for tax services before. She also didnt seem very informed on my DoorDash 1099 I assume she never did them before by how she acted. I wont be going back because of her lack of knowledge and professionalism.
I paid for the “peace of mind” which is a couple hundred dollars. I had an issue that I have been trying to figure out and H&R Block has done nothing to help and it’s been over 6 months. Tom Clemons “helped” (heavy on the air quotes) and actually made it worse. PEACE OF MIND - IS A SCAM!! DO NOT BUY IT!!!
They have done my taxes for as long as I can remember.....they are accurate and get them done in a timely manner.
We've gone to Martha for several years & are very. Omfortable & confident in her taking care of us.
