I give this place 0 stars. Please STAY AWAY!!! I got my taxes done at the beginging of Febuary 2024 and It is the 25th of March and still NO Refund! I have made multiple calls talked to the manager she was as helpful as possible, but there district manager was suppose to call me back and has yet to do so and it is about 2 weeks since I have talked to the manager. From check-in to finish, my experience was very satisfying. Yearly taxes are no fun, but it is so much easier to have knowledgeable and compassionate people on your side. Thank you all for a rather pleasant experience.
