I wish I could leave 0 stars. Kathryn is a crook. I filed self employment with 2 kids. She decided it was OK to claim just one of my kids and preceeded to tell me $3802 was for 2 kids. I told her multiple times that couldn't be right she never tried to show me how it was right nothing. So I told her hold off on the filing I went to another h&r block and that's when my tax preparer there seen she only had claimed one of my kids like I thought.
