Ana did an excellent job with my taxes! The refund was TWICE that of what I was expecting and the check arrived in the mail within a couple of weeks, far quicker than I had anticipated. She is very professional and broke down everything in a manner that was straight to the point and easy to comprehend. Also, the entire staff at this location goes above and beyond what is expected of them. Would 100% recommend!!
I scheduled an appointment, they called to rebook me and then completely cancelled. unprofessional service. Would not recommend using this location.
