These people are very disrespectful, I could hear the workers making fun of me thinking I couldn’t hear them, and talking super disrespectful to me and my boyfriend, so we will never go back again the first time I went I had a good experience but this time no this working need to learn some respect for others and I pray they will learn how to treat others with respect bc that was so rude and disrespectful I can’t not express how much I would never tell anyone they should go to them ever go somewhere else !
H&R Block is the best. They know their stuff and are very pleasurable to deal with. Their tax prep fees are very fair. A very good experience.
Yeah I guess make sure you have extra time in your day, because even though you have an appointment if someone doesn’t confirm their appointment it’ll still put them at the same time as you. We had an appointment at 5pm and waited over an hour to be taken back because the other people got taken back first so your appointment really doesn’t mean anything here.
