Really bad service. We came in and filed on time… but the person doing our taxes Ryan Lee was so incompetent that he didn’t sent things in on time. Now we are being slapped with a $490 late fine by IRS. We even paid extra for IRS follow up queries which this person and H&R Block are supposed to help with but repeated emails and texts go unanswered. I guess since they are culpable for this fine now they are giving us the silent treatment. They charged us so much to file for our personal as well as LLC yet they are incompetent... read more
