This office probably isn't your best option. They lack professionalism.
Called to see if I could do a drop off, the person on the phone told me to come in. I get there, wait for 20 minutes only for a woman to tell me they aren’t taking any drop offs. You guys should communicate with your staff better so you don’t waste people’s time! The lady didn’t even ask any questions to see how long it would take or offer any additional assistance - just said we’re not taking drop offs and goodbye.
So glad to find Ryan Lee and Staff at this location. Very grateful to have my taxes done. Will continue to use in future.
Our adjuster was all aces. Really nice folks. Runs on the expensive side.
