Got my taxes done here last year (2025) and paid a $250 fee. They seemed like they didnt know what they were doing. Come to find out they didnt file my taxes right. They messed up my federal and state tax. Now I have to refile and pay to get them re-done. Definitely go somewhere else!
Absolutely TERRIBLE H&R block! MULTIPLE people I know have had there taxes delayed for 6 months plus because the old guy working at the Rupert location messed something up on the return and because he charges ridiculous amount. DO NOT go here!!!! So so so bad!!! 0/5 stars.
