The lady whose office if the very first next to the counter is extremely rude and disrespectful, she yelled at me numerous times and talked over me while I was trying to pick up paperwork for my husband. She was yelling at the other employees while not knowing what she was even talking about. I have been using H&R block for years and will no longer be a returning customer. And after reading even more reviews about how she still is treating customers she very clearly does not need to be working there.
The first office on the left. Not sure of the woman's name. She got a major attitude with us! She got loud and rude to us! All because her system would not let her view our file since we started our taxes on the h&r block app to see about how much we would owe. I mentioned that maybe because I had the app open, that it might be blocking her and then boom. Complete personality change. Very disrespectful and rude. Super unprofessional. We will not be returning to this business ever again.
Great staff. They care about their customers!
