Terrible experience with rep named charlotte rios. Incredibly rude, insulting and condescending. Treated me like I was stupid because I didnt know tax law. That's why I went to a tax preparer ? I will never do business here and I will tell everyone I know about my experience here. How do people like this even get hired ?
