Easy and efficient! But most of all, friendly as ever.
DONT GO HERE! I got my taxes done and the lady that did my taxes messed up on them which ended up making lose over 300 dollars not to mention they charged me 385 just to get them done! I called to talk to someone about this issue no one EVER called me back then i called AGAIN about questions about my tax return and YET AGAIN no one ever called me back. I will never go here again. There are other hnr blocks that are better to go to and wont mess up on your taxes to begin with and will call u back if you have questions DONT GO... read more

Every year I go to H&R Block. I love the interactions with the staff, who are courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Yu Huei-Cheng Lin has been doing my taxes for many years. She makes sure I understand what I need and what to do for next year that can help me get a bigger refund and what can benefit me in my daily life. I look forward to seeing her each year.
Mary helped us work through scheduling with primary and spouse confussion, and encouraged us to upload our docs so they can be worked on while it is still a little slower. She has been extremely kind and patient.
