Please... do your self a favor and steer clear of H&R Block! They have made a HUGE mess of my taxes! I dropped my tax doc off in Feb to find they have not been completed at all or the night of the 15th of April. NO communication what so ever. Their mistakes have costed the Trust Account additional penalties and cost. DONT GO HERE! I got my taxes done and the lady that did my taxes messed up on them which ended up making lose over 300 dollars not to mention they charged me 385 just to get them done! I called to talk to someone about this issue no one EVER called me back then i called AGAIN about questions about my tax return and YET AGAIN no one ever called me back. I will never go here again. There are other hnr blocks that are better to go to and wont mess up on your taxes to begin with and will call u back if you have questions DONT GO... read more
