Rude and unprofessional. That’s okay though, your competition is just down the street
Our tax advisor and the branch are unresponsive. We have contacted them because there's few questions , but we cannot hear back.
I filed my taxes with this location and they gave me the paperwork saying that everything was completed, telling me how much I owed. I paid the amount. Then, the next year when I was filing taxes, I found out they had never actually been filed for that year. Double check that they actually file your taxes for you if you decide to use their services. I never will again.
Wasn't the service I'd received in the past. It took a village to complete my return on time after providing all information well in advance.
