UPDATE: Tax Return Completed by Janice Arbaugh, Master Tax Preparer, at the H&R Block office in Emmett, ID were incomplete and never filed electronically as stated per HRB document provided to me. The IRS does not accept electronic filing of amended tax returns. We found this out weeks later from another tax preparer.
