Had an appointment for 6:30, they called me while I was on the way there and say “we close at 7 and it takes longer than 30 minutes to do taxes so we will have to reschedule” bad business because I did schedule for 6:30 who cares that you want to go home exactly on time so you cancel the 6:30 appointment on a Friday.
