My absolute worst experience filing. I had an appointment on February 14 at 3:00pm. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment with all of my tax documents in hand AND scanned into the online system. As I waited in the waiting room another woman comes in saying she was late for her 2:30 appointment. They proceeded to take her back before me, knowing that I was there first. The disingenuous woman in the front office, secretary position. Skinny tattoos and dyed black hair. I was third in line to pay and as the gentleman in the front was finishing up saying "finally I can go home and relax" the previously described woman said just as he walked out, "yeah relax and wash your feet smells like a good idea". Very disrespectful. Considering that visually you can tell that all three of us in line work in the construction industry. Very rude person.
Great place always get it right and efficiently.
Taxes are done promptly and accurately.
