The receptionist was rude and cut an attitude when I was trying to get updates lordess? Not sure of her name. Bill claimed to have called me and left voice mails but I don't see any of them. I never received updates unless I called and texted. No one could tell me what step in the process I was in, my taxes were filed late because no one told me they were finished waiting to be signed?
