Kelly just sad the way you treat a customer after you make a major mistake on tax returns. Then give me an attitude because I don't want to file with you again after you cost me thousands. I dont care if you own that branch or not. People beware of this branch location. Mistakes get made and there is no help after. Way less than thorough job. Very confusing for a first timer, felt like the tax specialist just wanted to get me out of there. Asked me almost nothing, very doubtful I got my best refund. Won't be coming back to h&r.
