There were a lot of hidden fees. The cost was going to be nearly four times the amount I thought I would have to pay. The people there were very kind and understanding when I told them I had to take my account elsewhere. They even tried to come down on the price, but their corporate wouldn't let them go down enough to match what an accounting firm was offering, which is still way higher than I've ever paid before.
