If i could give less than 1 star I would. They screwed up my return, by over $2800.00. I told Aleaner, the lady that messed them up, that there was no way that was right. She then told me I had to pay $300.00 for the service fee for having a "complicated return" which was also incorrect. Turbo tax had both states I lived in, and federal, all paying me. Incompetent people working here. Don’t waste your money on the “peace of mind” package bc they messed up our taxes and refused to help any further. No help at all.
