Very unpleasant first experience and will definitely be the last. I decided to file my return here this year and I did not feel welcomed as a first timer. I was constantly asked why I was there as if this was a private place where I should have been invited, I just simply wanted to file my return. No smiles, greetings, it was completely awkward and I wish I had grabbed my things and left to go somewhere with better service.
