I am truly disappointed, this location charges three times what I normally pay to have my taxes done. Since when do we get charged almost $800 to file taxes? Of course I threw a fit so it was dropped to $650+ and It's truly sad, people are struggling and this is truly sad. I was told on the phone when I made the appointment that if I didn't have to file a return there would be no charge. That was not the case with me today, I was charged for doing a zero return. Hence, the four star rating. Otherwise, it would have been a five star. Great service, but the charge bothered me.
I have been a very satisfied client here at this location for over 10 years now. The staff will work you in even if you don't have an Appointment. They are awesome and will get you every dime you deserve. ♡♡♡ Dale is my tax pro, but they are all great!!!
