Painless and quick was a good service
We always have the best experience with Sheila Argueta. When we first started coming to her 3 years ago, she listened to all of our concerns and answered all our questions to the best of her ability. She is such a great person and makes us feel extremely comfortable. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!
First time filing via H&R Block. We were referred to Sheila by a friend. I was hesitant going to someone new and a bit far (distance) and I was hesitant to go with a large company like H&R Block because I’ve always heard they charge a lot more but we were surprised at the reasonable price. I went to this establishment with my wife to do our taxes and had a very bad experience. From the beginning, Sheila Argueta ignored me and only answered my wife’s questions, which made me feel excluded and undervalued as a customer. The situation started to get bad when she began making errors on the paperwork, and although we pointed out the mistakes, she didn’t think it was appropriate for us to tell her they were wrong, which is concerning since this is important paperwork that must be filled out correctly.
