We had a horrible experience last year with Kathleen. She was very rude and condescending to my husband and I, didn’t file our extension correctly which resulted in us having to pay another fee, then when we came in for our appointment was rude again and pushed us off on another tax preparer. After years of using HR Block, we will not use again.
Why administer PSI exams and then not follow the PSI exams protocols? There's no way you don't know by now that people are sitting out here waiting to do the PSI exams. This has to happen all the time. Psi clearly states to be here 15 to 1 hour prior to your exam. So here we are sitting 1 hour before the exam. Waiting for you to show up at 9:00 a.m. And I'm sure you won't even be ready when you do get here.
