I posted a negative review about H&R Block and did receive a timely reply. "Response from the owner a week ago Holly, we apologize for the experience you had at our 1005 Hwy 90 W office. I had taxes filed in 2018 What’s Castroville, Texas H&R Block. When I filed they missed adding in one of my SSA-1099. In August 2021, I received notice from IRS that not all the income was supplied for my 2018 IRS tax return and I owed IRS. I immediately went to an office in San Antonio, Texas (Because the Castroville office was not open due to not being tax season) and discussed this with the person there.
