Very disappointing and unprofessional experience! Been a loyal customer since 2017. Always had the same tax professional and never experienced any problems at all. This year we were given a new tax person who gave incorrect information to us and seemed to have little knowledge on a very simple, single w2 tax return. DO NOT COME HERE! SCAM. Long story short, they robbed us. Ridiculous amounts of fees. Unprofessional level. Unfortunately, I can't leave a negative ten stars review. Dave, the manager, never replied to my e-mails, I had to call and say that I wanted to pay something to get him on the phone. The "specialist", Shannon Gatlin, didn't have a clue of what she was doing, so she had to ask around and review our return several times. This was a really simple return. Wasn't as good as last year, this year it took a while to get our taxes and wasn't explained what went on with our taxes,was disappointed.
