On 4/1 I made an appointment online to have my taxes done on 4/5 at 4pm. During the week I got 3 conformation emails and 2 phone calls to confirm my appointment. On 4/4 at 5pm I get a phone call from the person I had the appointment with. She told me she would not be there. That she would be leaving at 1pm.
