Got a text saying my appointment was all set for 2 got here 5 minutes earlier and have to wait 25 minutes because i wasn't here but it's not 2 yet. Single mom of twins so it's already hard to get out wish they would get a better system
We were first time clients and felt very welcome and felt our business was truly appreciated. Connie, at front desk, was very pleasant and got our stuff ready for tax preparer, who turned out to be Karen. Karen was very thorough, quick, listened if we had a question, and made sure we understood our tax return when she was finished. Talk about painless....from start to finish! We've already made our 2024 appointment! Thank you ladies, very much!
