Called to make an appointment to drop my taxes off. They hung up on me then Called back Person that did my taxes Called and was hard to understand. Customer service at it's worst.
This past year I had the worst experience with any company ever with h&r block. I paid them to do my 2019 taxes and left it to them like I've done for the past 10 plus years, but this time they did half the taxes and then just forgot about them. Then coronavirus hit and the struggle began, Long story short it was a couple years that I didn't file any more taxes so when I bring my taxes in I find out that the taxes from 3 years ago were never sent.
