My husband and I went to file his taxes and our tax pro, Sandie, was great!! :) 10/10
My tax rep agent who filed the taxes was very nice Sandra was her name but I was given a card for the tax advance got approved for a certain amount then the card that was given did not work and the money said it was sent to my emerald. Card but the card was not linked to me or my account so it is as if they just took another 500$ that I never received so very upset and feel the service was very poor on that aspect
