I will never use H&R Block again! Horrible experience! First "transparent pricing" is a complete joke! Starting at $99 but you get there and end up paying close to $400 for a simple return! They try to upsell you on everything and if they make a mistake you have to pay more to have them fix it! Unprofessional and a complete scam! Literally go anywhere else or file yourself!
Got the advance loan and was told I had a 2 week grace period to pay it from March 1st before they would add any interest or late fees. Today is March 14th and they hit me with late fees. I'm pretty sure the late fee wasn't supposed to hit until March 15th. And if u were not aware they tell you this doesn't affect your credit but it does. Lost 23 points getting the loan. Terrible experience!
Had my taxes done by Tim he charged $480 plus, he never told me what it was going to cost till he had finished, guys make sure they write down what its going to cost, then called me later to tell me,that my paperwork didn't safe and needed me to stop what I was doing and read them my paperwork to them because they where about to close ,will never use them again!!! Don't use them!!!!!!
