A monkey with a computer are more competent than these “tax pros”. I would strongly advise you to avoid H&R Block for tax help. I had them file my tax corrections this year and I’ll walk you through the process. So far they tried to file with my name misspelled (they have it on a paper in front of them) get called back 2 weeks later and told they misspell your name. Now wait another 10 weeks….. call the company. No record of me or my taxes that I paid for ($350). Proceeds to tell me they have no records of me or my taxes and... read more
We love the customer service. Our tax pro Andrea was so knowledgeable, we look forward to working with her next year.
We have had our tax return prepared in the H&R Block office. Tax associate Ms. Tonia Kimura worked with us. Everything was perfect! The appointment was on time (no wait time), Ms. Kimura is very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. We will come here next year!
