I am writing this review as I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience this year and will no longer be a returning customer. My appointment was rescheduled twice by their office and when I arrived at the designated time, I was not able to be seen. I decided to leave my documents with Terry Holman who I don't hear from for weeks. When I finally went back, I was told there was no trace of my documents anywhere. My fiancé went in to get help with his taxes and wasn’t told until the end that it would be over $500. Not only is that shady but it wastes his time and the employees time.
T. Michael was great, but no longer is there. Titus Saar takes forever to do. Ladies, don't go alone. This guy treats you differently without a man around. He tries to make me forge. Gladly, which I didn't. This place should go out. I should have called the cops on him.
Worst and most incompetent business I've ever encountered. Stood up multiple times. Store fronts are closed most of the time. Tax preparer is completely incompetent and clueless. Utter chaos. Lesson learned.
