I have used H and R block for years and always had a good experience however this year I did my taxes in the Bryant Arkansas office and was lied to about my emerald card said they don't use it anymore when they do they also said my taxes would be 150. They charged 200 then Belinda the manger ser me appointments to get it refunded and never called or refunded the stolen money then said that it would come out of my federal return but they took my state they gave the wrong birthrate which Belinda said did not need to be amended... read more
