It was a very easy experience. We dropped off our documents on April 9 and came in on April 13 to go over the return. It was very close to my prediction. It took about 10 minutes to fill out paperwork to drop off my documents and then about 30 minutes when we came in to go over the return when I came back on the 13th. I plan to use them again next year.
