If I could give this zero stars I would. My taxes were filed my my account late. They advised me to pay the penalty and I would be reimbursed due to their mistake. However, I cannot get anyone to respond to calls or emails. After lack of initial response, I filed an official complaint and was told 3-5 business days I would receive a response, that was weeks ago. I would never return here.
