I’ve gone here for years and they lost my business this year. Kathy was awfully rude and hung up on me when I was crying and needing customer service help. She said she couldn’t help and I was on my own with the glitch I was having online so I asked for an H&R Block customer service number. The website tells you to call your local office. Very helpful
My experience with the H&R Block in John Day was anything but simple. I was very dissatisfied with the tax preparer and the mistakes that she made. I will not go there again for future tax preparations, ever! The only reason there is a star is because they won't let me post this any other way!
