My experience with the H&R Block in John Day was anything but simple. I was very dissatisfied with the tax preparer and the mistakes that she made. I will not go there again for future tax preparations, ever! The only reason there is a star is because they won't let me post this any other way!

I have to do minimal work to get my taxes done. The gal who helped me this year was super fast and friendly and was able to answer any questions i had as well.
I have been going to the same H&R Block for 26 years, with the same lady doing my taxes. She answers all my questions and gets me the best refund. She is awesome!
