Dean was wonderful. She was kind, patient, and caring. It made me more comfortable that she was so experienced and sought-after. I liked that they had family working together there, it made the atmosphere more sweet and friendly. It ended up being cheaper for me than TurboTax probably would have been, since I'm self-employed and live in a state that charges state income tax.
Polite, friendly and got things done quickly. Easy to talk with.
