MY tax professional was very kind and did a great job, however the price was absurd. Almost $700 in preparation fees for a standard couple filing jointly, only difference is we had a child and added that. There is not break down of the fee charges either.

Last year, my tax preparer for the last 30 years passed away, and I was worried about how to get this year's tax returns done. Once I got with Frankie at H&R Block, my worries were over. My 2023 returns were completed quickly and accurately. Frankie herself gets five stars from me. The reason that my overall rating is four stars is that I found the webside difficult to navigate. But Frankie was always there to answer my questions.
