Will never recommend H&R Block to anyone ever again after my experience. I went to H&R Block in April of 2024 to do my 2023 taxes, I paid them $340 for their “services” where I wouldn’t have to worry about anything and they do all the submitting to the IRS. Turns out it’s not the case you have to make sure they submit it to the irs like me. They happily took my $340 and never submitted my 2023 return. So my daughter a college student was charged $169.00 yesterday to have her taxes done. When we called to inquire why the filing was so much we were told that is what they charge students! If me or my husband would have come it to have our taxes done they would have charged us $89.00 so your charging a student more these kids are working part time jobs. I came in to do my taxes and had miss Carol March, she was EXTREMELY professional, quick, and one of the sweetest ladies I have met in my ENTIRE life. I highly recommend her to help you with your taxes. There was not a single question she could not answer. I will definitely continue to use her.
