My husband went to file taxes. The manager Sarah continued to try to see my husband walking by the store and kept coming and harassing him we were done following his taxes. There was no need for us to talk to her anymore and she continued so. My husband and I let her know that if she did not stop making a complaint on her and we will be doing so. Called to make an appt to file an extension as we have never done this before asked if we need to bring in anything. I was told we need our w2s tho I explained the whole point of us filing for an extension was because we don't have our w2s. The lady at the front desk was extremely confused kept placing me on hold to get answers instead of just transferring me to someone who could answer them then stated to just come in.
