Called to make an appt to file an extension as we have never done this before asked if we need to bring in anything. I was told we need our w2s tho I explained the whole point of us filing for an extension was because we don't have our w2s. The lady at the front desk was extremely confused kept placing me on hold to get answers instead of just transferring me to someone who could answer them then stated to just come in.
