My Mother set an appointment with this location over a week ago for 11 o’clock today. I drove my elderly Mother up to the location, the door was locked with a green neon open sign and nobody inside. We called the number on the door that took us to an answering service in Florida, that gave many excuses, but no resolve. I hope everything is all right with whomever was on staff today, a courtesy call for the cancellation would’ve been appropriate. Very unprofessional way to treat people.
This place was absolutely terrible. The tax pro who I will name (Quentin Swindle) did not even submit my taxes for last year correctly. He only filed an extension but never submitted anything! Then I tried calling the number and nothing but run around answers as they are permanently closed. Do not recommend using this office or service
Quentin was knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. My situation was unique and Quentin sought out the answers. I recommend Quentin. Other staff were friendly and helpful as well.
The office staff at this location is amazing! Ms Jen, filled my taxes for this year's and previous years that I've missed. They are very knowledgeable and patient. Thanks to everyone at this location for your professionalism.
