If it was up to me , HR- block would NOT recive even 1 star!! Should be a zero rating . On February 4, 26 I went to HR - block to have my taxes done , Stephanie Miller the agent was the one whom I went too to have them done . Before leaving she told me I owed $1,760 to the IRS and charged me $168.00 to do my taxes ! I have never in all my years have ever owed taxes , much less paid over 100 for my taxes to be done by HR-block . Ms. Kay is wonderful to work with. Very smart, highly efficient, professional, and courteous. She really helped during a bad time for my family. That level of customer service is why I have returned for the past several years, and more years to come ,;~)
I got my taxes done so fast, it was something I was terrified all week lol. This place just makes everything so simple. Trustworthy. The customer service and atmosphere are worth while. I really like this H&R in particular.
