Staff is rude and greedy,never again...beware..... 2024 talk to a test consultant to have them double check my work, then she responded to me that would be $398 for me to look at them and start from scratch or I can fax them to the IRS and that will be free, then she wants to say that that price after the question about it that it was I was paying expertise faith, look y'all crooked people because AAA insurance I just now learned does it for free and all of those tests consultants have way more experience than any one of y'a... read more
As always mine and my husband's experience with H&R Block was great. We scheduled our appointment and they were ready for us as soon as we got there, no waiting. And Sandra black who was our tax prep woman, was very pleasant to work with and was very helpful and knowledgeable on the issues at hand and issues that we learn to go forward
