I called regarding a difficult tax situation I was struggling with and spoke with Zach. Upon asking my questions he let me know that while he didn't immediately have the answers, he would call me back after having the chance to research them. He stuck to his word and didn't pass me off to another team member. He was very polite and kind. I have recommended Zach to my family and friends for their tax needs and everyone who has reached out to him has had the same sentiments. Keep up the good work and thank you again!
