Tonya was EXTREMELY disrespectful to try and file our taxes. She profusely listened in on phone calls and argued with the person on the other line about being worried because things weren’t adding up. She was uncomfortable to be around and unprofessional. Apparently asking questions about things that seem off isn’t okay because instead of actually explaining an answer nicely we got a constant reminder that SHES the professional and basically will do it her way.
