I’ve done my taxes here for years and this year was just awful. The lack of communication that I was promised on my amended return was the worst. I had to call multiple times everyday for over a week to finally get some answers. It seems as if nobody knows what’s going on most of the time. I understand that this time of year is stressful for them, but don’t promise communication and then not give it. Most of them are rude and had a terrible attitude as well.
