Me and my wife booked an online appointment at the HR block in Jenks for Saturday February 2nd. We arrived 10 minutes early to our appointment and we were greeted very nicely. We were informed the person we scheduled with wasn't available so they had us use someone else. It started off ok but the person didn't know what mortgage interest was Red flag right away.
