Terrible. Do not go! Janice almost submitted by 2023 numbers during my 2024. I was the one who noticed it last minute. Visit was absolutely useless and I had to pay $235 when checking out. Rules say that the "TaxPro" must inform me with the expected price before proceeding. Absolutely terrible.
Darlene Hackworth Hall is amazing. She straightened out 3 years of my tax mess. She was patient while working my files. I would recommend here everyone I know.
